PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Our goal at TYCA kennel is to produce dogs that have excellent natural working ability with a high degree at trainability,
that meet the breed standard for appearance and are physically sound and mentally stable.  With this goal in mind we
carefully choose our breeding stock.  However, we cannot guarantee against every medical condition or genetic
abnormality or what might result from environmental circumstances once they leave TYCA Kennel, except for a 2 year
guarantee for hip dysplasia.  Upon a written proof of diagnosed HCM by a Board Certified Veterinary Cardiologist or a
copy of an OFA or PennHIPP certification stating that the dog/puppy is dysplastic, Buyer will receive a replacement
puppy plus the difference in pricing of a pup in a different litter ($300 - $600 difference) as soon as one is available and
proof of the pup being neutered.  Buyer may keep the original pup.  Breeder is not responsible for any vet bills incurred.

Unless you are planning on competing in conformation shows or breeding we recommend that this puppy be
spayed/neutered. Spayed/neutered dogs may participate in any AKC performance type events such as: Obedience
trials, Hunting Retriever tests, etc. If the buyer is planning on using this puppy for breeding purposes they agree to the
following conditions:

1)The dog must be at least 2 years old and have OFA clearances for hips                                                               
2)The mate must also meet these minimum requirements.
3.)any outside breeding; female mates must a  Brucellosis.
(Overview of this disease which can cause infertility and abortion in dogs)
4.) No offspring of this dog will be sold to or through pet stores or puppy brokers
